The Watercolor Nook Experience

The Watercolor Nook Experience came at just the right time for me. I was off work and recovering from surgery, and it sounded like a relaxing thing to try. I normally stay away from doing art, but I decided to try it. I have to say, Cyrielle is a fantastic teacher! She broke the process down for us so that it was clear and we had opportunities to practice the techniques. She was also so open and encouraging, allowing us to do the projects in our own way. It was so relaxing, too, like a little vacation from home. I definitely recommend this class!

Watercolour is such a relaxing pracitce. The Watercolour Nook gives that 'reason' to make time for getting the paints out, and enjoying the creativity and calmness it can bring. It is fun to do it alonside a community of other watercolourists and Cyrielle leads it with such a gentle and calming presence. I love how often she ensures everyone to 'make it their own' and to 'get creative' and 'do what feels best for them'… this makes the tutorials so much more calming and relaxing, as apposed to stressful to keep up with.
